Qualifikationen

• Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data, identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

The Process Excellence Specialist is the Operational Excellence lead for assigned Supply Chain areas and drives structured continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through verified sustainment.

The role establishes clear problem statements, baselines, KPIs, root-cause analyses, action plans, ownership and timelines, and ensures that agreed actions are completed and deliver measurable results. Working in a matrix organization, the role leads Supply Chain initiatives and supports cross-functional projects by mobilizing the most suitable subject-matter experts while retaining project governance and momentum.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. What you will do:

• Identify, prioritize and deliver Supply Chain improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy and operational goals.

• Lead end-to-end projects, including root-cause analysis, action planning, execution, governance and benefit realization.

• Define KPIs, performance baselines and targets to measure project success.

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, EHS and Digital functions.

• Drive corrective and preventive actions, remove roadblocks and ensure timely execution.

• Embed sustainable solutions through standards, SOPs, training and performance controls.

• Coach teams in Lean, continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or a related environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Lean and structured problem-solving tools, including A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA and Pareto analysis.

• Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to analyze complex operational data, identify validated root causes and implement effective countermeasures.

• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication, visual management and executive reporting skills.
