Zusammenfassung

HUBER+SUHNER is seeking a manufacturing process specialist to standardize and improve assembly instructions and related documentation for jumper products. You will develop SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Global AG teams across sites, manage spare parts procurement, and drive process standardization while supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of process experience in manufacturing.
• Automation knowledge in FO preferred.
• Fiber optics knowledge and players in the field.
• Fluent English (reading and writing).
• Strong communication and creative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Establish and improve assembly instructions and related documentation for jumper products.
• Develop SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans and other production documents.
• Manage spare parts procurement and tooling maintenance; drive standardization across operations.
• Collaborate with Global AG on process transfers and best practice deployment across sites.
• Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
