Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in Zürich is seeking a Private Travel Manager to craft bespoke journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will curate luxury itineraries, nurture long-term relationships, and expand the Private Travel division by leveraging exclusive access to properties, dining, and entertainment worldwide.

The role requires exceptional German and English, a proven track record in luxury travel, and the ability to manage complex itineraries with discretion and superb service.

Qualifications

• Must have proven travel management experience for high-net-worth clients.
• Fluent German and English with professional client interaction.
• Extensive knowledge of the global luxury travel market.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage last-minute changes and complex itineraries.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information.
• Availability to provide round-the-clock service.

Responsibilities

• Curate luxury itineraries reflecting client preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with private members and family offices.
• Acquire new members via networking and luxury travel services.
• Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings.
• Collaborate with product, content, concierge, and operations teams to execute plans.
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends.
• Develop relationships with DMCs for premium on-the-ground service.
