The role requires 5–10+ years in UHNW lifestyle or family office management, excellent organizational and communication skills in English, with French and German as advantages.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end operations of luxury assets (yacht, jet, real estate).
• Manage personal administration and act as primary contact for client needs.
• Build and manage a premium service network for staff, crews, and contractors.
• Organise complex travel itineraries and high-end events.
• Monitor budgets, asset running costs, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain diligent records for assets, taxes, and payrolls.
