Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment seeks a Head of UHNW Client Development – International to expand the firm's ultra-high-net-worth client base in Switzerland and abroad, combining trusted relationships with an entrepreneurial growth mandate.

You will work with an international team of senior travel experts to originate new business, deliver bespoke travel and lifestyle advice, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• An established UHNW network among UHNW individuals, families and family offices.
• Proven track record of originating substantial new business and developing long-term relationships.
• Credibility to engage with sophisticated clients and their advisers.
• Strong commercial judgement, discretion and integrity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic growth focus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Degree educated.

Responsibilities

• Expand the UHNW client base in Switzerland and internationally, opening doors and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with an international team of senior travel experts to provide personalised, high-end advice.
• Develop origination strategies and manage the client lifecycle with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Lead client acquisition projects with travel planning and execution supported by specialists.
