Job summary

Barclays Switzerland is seeking an experienced Onboarding Business Partner to manage the end-to-end onboarding of clients in Geneva. You will be the primary contact throughout the onboarding journey, delivering a high-quality client experience while ensuring strict regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Financial Crime teams to navigate onboarding requirements, perform due diligence, and support

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding clients in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss onboarding regulations, including KYC/AML and due diligence requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Barclays Switzerland clients from prospect to account opening.
• Serve as primary client contact to deliver professional, personalised onboarding.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure client files meet Swiss policy requirements and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Drive process improvements to enhance onboarding speed, quality and risk controls.
