Job summary

Barclays in Geneva is seeking a Business Support Analyst to support Front Office teams, PBEs and Bankers by assisting with client reviews, transactional profile assessments and regulatory remediation activities. You will work across private banking client portfolios to ensure records remain compliant with Swiss requirements, through effective KYC, AML and risk review processes.

Qualifications

Experience in Swiss Private Banking or Wealth Management is required.
Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.
Solid knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
Avaloq experience is highly desirable.
Ability to partner with Front Office and other core teams.

Responsibilities

Establish strong client and internal relationships with relationship managers, delivering high-quality service.
Lead client service reviews to support and improve client experience.
Collaborate with other bank areas to ensure end-to-end client experience and satisfaction.
Serve as the point of contact for new account queries and complex servicing requests.
Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards and assist with risk-related activities.
