• Provide advisory and operational support to front office for CLM activities: onboarding, CDD modification and PEDR.
• Ensure compliance with CDD/KYC/KYT guidelines and risk appetite.
• Maintain high standards of client service and help preserve HSBC's reputation against financial crime.
