Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Financial Services experience in a similar role, including client onboarding, KYC review and account maintenance.
• Good knowledge of KYC standards, client documentation requirements and banking regulations.
• Experience interacting with Front Office, clients and internal stakeholders, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
• Excellent English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Support Front Office on new client onboarding, account maintenance and KYC review activities.
• Advise Front Office and clients throughout the account opening and KYC review process, including client and bank documentation.
• Control account opening and KYC reviews performed by Front Office (First Line of Defence).
• Ensure efficient execution of onboarding and KYC processes in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Front Office, clients, AML and other stakeholders to resolve onboarding and KYC-related queries.
