Zusammenfassung

BBVA SUIZA is seeking an experienced onboarding and KYC professional to manage complex client onboarding, risk assessments and periodic reviews for private banking clients. You will ensure data quality, adherence to FINMA and global AML standards, and provide expert guidance to Front Office and risk partners.

Qualifikationen

Degree in law, business administration, economics, finance or a related field.
A master’s degree in law, compliance, risk management or a related discipline is highly desired.
ACAMS certification is desired.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, KYT, periodic reviews and AML in private banking or wealth management.
Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and standards (FINMA, AMLA/AMLO-FINMA, CDB, FATCA, CRS/AEI, QI).
Full professional proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

Review onboarding files for individuals and entities, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Oversee KYC, KYT and AML processes, including enhanced due diligence for high‑risk clients.
Challenge documentation quality and ensure audit trails and data quality.
Provide guidance to Front Office on onboarding, KYC, KYT and related topics.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to strengthen controls and efficiency.
