Santander seeks a Private Banking Assistant for Europe, based in Switzerland. You will assist the Front Office team, handling customer service, onboarding, and back-office tasks to support bankers and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in banking, strong Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Fluent English; French and Spanish are valued. Eligible to work in Switzerland is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
• 1–4 years in financial/banking roles: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, or client interaction.
• Strong knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance.
• Proficient with Office tools and able to learn internal systems.

• Provide customer service and administrative support for opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters.
• Support Operations and Back Office, ensuring transactions are processed and documented; assist with onboarding, FX, and account updates.
