Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in financial/banking with customer service, operations, compliance or back office.
• Strong knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
• Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service and administrative support for opening banking relationships, including dealings with Legal & Compliance.
• Monitor progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up.
• Check balances, loans, transfers and other banking operations.
• Process payment instructions and card-related applications.
• Support Front Office with onboarding, compliance, credit, payments and back-office coordination.
• Monitor transactions and ensure completion by operations.
• Assist with FX transactions and wire transfers management.
• Prepare documentation and support to Bankers and Front Office team.
