Banco Santander SA is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Analyst in Switzerland to assist the Front Office team with daily operations, client onboarding, and KYC tasks. You will support opening banking relationships, monitor task progress, and handle requests regarding accounts, cards, and payments while coordinating with Onboarding, Compliance, and back office.

Qualifikationen

• Formal Academic Education: i.e. bachelor’s degree
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry in the following fields: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, dealing with internal and external clients, preparation of reports and customer visits.
• Strong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance
• Software: good use of Office tools.
• Good planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach.
• Dynamic, pro-active, and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner.
• Adaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and team spirit focused.
• Eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Customer service, helping on: Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters
• Monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up
• Checking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc.
• Addressing request for payment instructions
• Process applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards
• Operations and Back Office, supporting on: Ensure close collaboration with various departments including Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office.
• Monitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department.
• FX transactions and wire transfers management
• New accounts and Updates
• Prepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team.
