Qualifications

Our client is seeking a Private Banking Assistant to deliver support, guidance, and a strategic service approach to Chinese Speaking high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will contribute to sales and business performance while assisting with the effective management of client portfolios.

Duties Include:

• Manage existing relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and wealth structuring processes are in place.
• Provide guidance to high-net-worth individuals, senior management, and support teams.
• Prepare business reports for distribution to investment management.
• Manage risks promptly by adhering to the firm’s internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed of competitor activity, market developments, and client trends in Switzerland.
• Provide clients with up-to-date market information and conduct analysis based on the information gathered.

The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking or relationship management background and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis. Fluency in Chinese is mandatory. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
