Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION BANK Zurich Branch seeks an RM Assistant to support relationship managers in building and maintaining corporate client relationships in the Swiss market. You will assist with client meetings, events, KYC onboarding, and credit/AML processes, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in a financial institution, with strong analytical skills and fluency in Mandarin and English advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings.

China Construction Bank opened its Zurich Branch in 2016, becoming the first Chinese bank in Switzerland and the only RMB clearing bank for Switzerland. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality, and efficient financial services to Swiss companies with business relations in China and Chinese companies with business relations in Switzerland. We primarily focus on corporate banking for top companies from selected industries, large and medium-sized clients, and support their trade and investment relationships. Your main responsibilities
