AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) is seeking a Principal AI Strategic Pursuit Lead to own the commercial motion behind AI transformations for large enterprise accounts across Germany, Switzerland and CEE. You will shape executive narratives, build business cases, and drive deals from first brief to close, collaborating with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and specialists.

Role is based out of Munich, with responsibilities covering Switzerland and the broader EMEA region.

Formación

• Experience advising senior executives and building board-level narratives.
• Experience turning ambiguity into strategy and commercial deals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of strategic AI pursuits across Germany, Switzerland and CEE with accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Build and present board-level business cases: value quantification and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive engagement from first briefing through negotiation, including C-suite workshops and alignment.
• Shape multi-year AI transformation programs and commercial structures with account teams.
