Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Lead AI Strategy Expert to define and drive our AI strategy across the organisation. This remote, Europe-wide role owns the AI vision, roadmap, and execution, collaborating with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams.

You will identify high-value AI use cases, prioritise them, lead initiatives from concept to production, and set governance standards for responsible AI.

This is a high-impact role with ownership over AI vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams.
