Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager, Pricing & Revenue to lead architecture and delivery for a global travel tech platform. You will own a pricing engine, scalable search across ~200 suppliers, and automated rebooking workflows while guiding a small team with autonomy.

You will stay hands-on with code and design, align with product and commercial goals, and drive measurable business impact through scalable engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with hands-on involvement in architecture and production systems.
• Strong backend engineering expertise with substantial Go experience.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, latency, and reliability engineering.
• Experience designing or improving marketplace, trading, pricing, or optimization systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction, architecture, reliability, and delivery of Pricing & Revenue engineering domains.
• Design and develop a pricing engine balancing supplier availability, demand, competitiveness, distribution, and margins.
• Build high-performance hotel search systems with ~200 suppliers and low latency.
• Develop new trading capabilities including automated rebooking workflows.
• Mentor a small engineering team and recruit for growth.
