Job summary

Join MCI Group in Geneva as a Marketing & Communications Intern and help raise the profile of its brands, including MCI Switzerland, Ovation Switzerland and Black Flower Agency. You will work in an international, creative environment across digital marketing, communications, social media and brand development.

You will contribute to campaigns, events and content creation while gaining 360° experience in a leading global engagement agency.

Qualifications

Internship agreement must form part of your course of study.
Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Successful initial internship experience in marketing or communications.
Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PowerPoint and AI tools.
Creative, organised and independent with excellent communications.
International agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Help create and implement communications and social media strategies.
Support marketing, influence, digital and growth campaigns (internal & external).
Design, write and publish content (posts, videos, newsletters, articles).
Participate in internal, local and international events.
Create visual and audiovisual content for communications, social media and events.
Monitor marketing trends and analyze industry benchmarks.
Contribute to cross-functional projects, presentations and proposals.
Use AI tools to support and improve marketing processes.
