TP in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to onboard high-potential clients and manage PPC campaigns. You will promote services to German businesses, tailor solutions to objectives, and drive adoption while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/marketing, fluency in German and English, and experience with CRM systems and ROI-focused campaigns. Relocation support and a health-insurance package are offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Languages: Native or C2-level German and fluent English required.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing with client-facing exposure.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Experience managing customer relationships and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy basics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and create high-performing PPC campaigns.
