Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business administration, international relations, social sciences, public policy, economics, or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in philanthropy is required or highly valued.
• Experience managing high-value donor relationships in large organisations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic alignment of Writers and Enablers with unit strategies and annual objectives.
• Provide people management, workload planning and prioritisation for the team.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and lead multi-year funding discussions.
