Job summary

MSF OCG Geneva is seeking a Philanthropy Support Team Coordinator to guide the writers and enablers, oversee workload, and align donor-facing activities with the unit’s strategy. The role also involves line management and cross-team collaboration to strengthen income growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in philanthropy in large organisations, strong English skills, and proficiency in French or German, with experience in donor engagement and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business administration, international relations, social sciences, public policy, economics, or a related field.
• Additional training in fundraising, compliance, data analytics, or leadership is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Writers and Enablers' work aligns with Unit strategies and priorities.
• Provide people management including recruitment, performance development and support.
• Manage the support-function budget and coordinate annual planning and reviews.
• Represent MSF in high-level external donor engagements.
• Steward a portfolio of selected high-value donors.
