Job summary

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment of Writers and Enablers with unit strategies and objectives.
• Prioritise work when capacity is limited and ensure clarity of priorities.
• Provide regular feedback on services and product quality to Writers and Enablers.
• Support data-driven planning and decision-making with business analytics.
• Share insights from support functions to unit-wide discussions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to address unit needs.
