For our client, an international research-driven healthcare company with a strong presence in oncology, we are searching for a Sales Representative Oncology - Solid Tumors (m/f/d). The successful candidate will be responsible for territories across Central and Northwestern Switzerland.

Responsibilities
Sales Performance and Targets
- Achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within the assigned sales territory.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted customers.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of customers in various healthcare settings.
- Provide competent, professional and timely product support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop co-created solutions that improve patient outcomes, including educational events on scientific advances, patient journey initiatives, patient access and support programs.
- Understand customers' communication preferences and apply a tailored communication approach across multiple engagement channels.
Territory Management
- Ensure effective territory administration, including regular maintenance of administrative systems and timely processing of business expenses.
- Conduct thorough pre-call planning before customer engagements and establish clear objectives for each interaction.
- Organize local sponsorship initiatives and events in line with business priorities and budget constraints.
- Monitor and control allocated budgets and expenses associated with territory activities.
Collaboration and Ways of Working
- Ensure alignment and effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of the cross-functional team to understand, drive and maximize results.
- Contribute actively to team discussions by sharing best practices, customer insights and learnings that support the organization's collective success.

Data Analytics and Digital Tools
- Use digital planning and customer engagement tools to complement traditional face-to-face interactions.
- Leverage market research, sales and marketing data, and other business intelligence provided through BI platforms to make informed decisions on time allocation and high-potential opportunities.
- Utilize a CRM system for effective documentation, communication, strategic market analysis and prioritization of actions.
Market Knowledge and Competitive Intelligence
- Participate in meetings, congresses, educational events and training courses to build and maintain strong scientific and market knowledge.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments, and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Use competitive intelligence to identify sales opportunities, mitigate potential threats and support the development of compelling value propositions for customers.
Compliance and Ethics
- Complete all work in accordance with the client's compliance standards, standard operating procedures and applicable local laws.
Your Profile
- Several years of successful experience as a sales representative in oncology within the Swiss market; experience in solid tumor oncology is required.
- Experience within genitourinary cancer (GU) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of oncology customers in Central and Northwestern Switzerland is a strong advantage.
- A paramedical or nursing qualification, or a country-specific pharmaceutical sales accreditation such as SHQA, is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and English and residing in the central part of Switzerland.
- Customer-oriented, with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Confident, sociable and independent, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and driving action plans within matrixed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, project planning and analytical skills.
