Polymed Medical Center, a Swiss family business, seeks a Regional Manager in Field Sales (100%) for Canton Glarus, Schwyz, Zug and Zurich districts. You will advise, sell, and train on medical tech devices, maintain key customer relationships, and expand market share for laboratory equipment and consumables.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong customer focus, and German fluency. Training is provided, with a supportive team and attractive conditions in a growing healthcare

To strengthen our team, we are looking – immediately or by arrangement – for a Regional Manager in Field Sales (100%)

Cantons of Glarus, Schwyz and Zug, left side of Lake Zurich as well as the city of Zurich districts 1–5 and district 9

In this position, you are responsible for advising, selling, and training on our medical technology devices within your sales territory. You maintain contact with our existing customers and continue to expand our market share. In addition to medical technology including laboratory equipment, you are also responsible for the distribution of our medical consumables in your sales area.

Many want to sell – we are looking for someone who truly can and lives for it. You act with great commitment, reliability, and a strong customer focus. Medical knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. You will receive comprehensive training in this exciting field of healthcare.

Your main tasks

• Independent customer care in the assigned sales territory with a focus on private medical practices
• Acquisition of new customers and increase of market shares
• Sale of medical technology capital goods
• Continuous training and deepening of product knowledge
• Installation and instruction of medical systems

Your profile

• You can sell / You like to sell / You want to sell
• You are an upbeat and positive personality with a very high customer orientation
• You have professional experience in a comparable role
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Residence in your sales territory
• Good MS Office user skills
• Communicative, independent, and very reliable personality
• Flexible, resilient, even under time pressure and with short-term changes
