Job summary

Gi Group UK is seeking a Specialist Scheduling & Logistics for an international pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on coordinating patient treatment schedules, manufacturing activities, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced setting where patient care and operational excellence matter.

The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days on-site (Tuesday to Thursday) and 2 days remote. A degree in related field and experience in logistics or supply chain in healthcare are

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling at assigned treatment sites.
• Create and optimize patient treatment schedules with clinical and manufacturing teams.
• Enter scheduling data accurately into planning systems.
• Coordinate product returns and logistics activities when required.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
