UNICEF Geneva is seeking a People and Culture Specialist (P-3) to partner with the Digital Inclusion Section, delivering strategic HR solutions that align with UNICEF's mission to empower staff and advance digital inclusion for children and communities.
The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, and responsible HR management across multiple teams in a fast-paced, international setting. Fluency in English is required.
Competenze
- Master or equivalent degree in HR management, psychology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years in human resources management in international settings.
- Experience advising across multiple teams/offices with autonomy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.
