Connect44 UK Ltd. is seeking a Partner Sales Management Operations Assistant to support the partner network and ensure smooth channel operations in telecommunications. You will manage onboarding, enablement, governance and performance workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining data quality.

Qualifikationen

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or university.
• Experience in telecommunications, partner management, channel operations, sales operations or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong interest in the telecommunications and technology industry.
• Good IT skills and confidence working with digital platforms and business systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills in English; German and/or Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams, partners and international stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Manage partner onboarding, identity management and certification processes.
• Coordinate partner capability and enablement programs, including training, resources and partner activities.
• Support the development and implementation of regional partner policies and incentive programs.
• Manage partner performance processes, including performance tracking, reviews, reporting and incentives.
• Coordinate partner data integration and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Build and manage the installer and partner community, including communication, engagement and incentive activities.
• Support partner governance and help maintain a professional and compliant partner ecosystem.
• Manage PO registration and related operational processes in internal systems.
• Organize internal meetings and coordinate project tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to ensure successful partner programs and processes.
