Zusammenfassung

WinCan, part of the IDEX Corporation, seeks a Support Specialist for the Partner Success Team to ensure our international sales partners receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed. You’ll work with internal teams to deliver a positive partner experience, support onboarding, organize trainings, and provide up-to-date sales materials while maintaining data quality across systems.

Qualifikationen

• Business or technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in IT.
• Affinity for technical topics and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong service and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
• Excellent communication in German and English; extra languages a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus.
• Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first contact for general and technical inquiries from our international sales partners.
• Provide professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication and coordinate issues with internal teams.
• Support partners with sales-related activities and administrative processes.
• Assist planning, organization, and execution of partner initiatives and events.
• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure a smooth transition.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and organizational measures.
• Provide up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials.
• Continuously develop partner programs.
• Maintain partner data, documentation, and feedback records.
• Ensure high data quality and transparency within relevant systems.
• Assist with creation of reports and analyses.
