Qualifikationen

• Degree from a university or University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience in telecommunications, partner management, channel operations or related field.
• Strong English communication skills; German and/or Chinese a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage partner onboarding, identity management and certification processes.
• Coordinate partner capability and enablement programs, including training and resources.
• Support regional partner policies and incentive programs.
• Manage partner performance processes: tracking, reviews, reporting and incentives.
• Coordinate partner data integration and ensure data quality.
• Build and manage installer and partner community, including communication, engagement and incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to ensure successful partner programs and processes.
