• Monitor PR/PO status and provide regular reporting and escalation of exceptions.
• Coordinate remediation efforts for issues in PR entry, PO issuance, acceptance, and payment tracking.
• Drive continuous process optimization and ensure standardized frontline execution.
• Analyze fulfillment data, report risks, and monitor operations.
