HeadsQuarter in Zurich is seeking a proactive Workspace Manager to take full operational ownership of one premium location. You will be the on-site contact for members and guests, upholding service standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements include several years in Front Office, Guest Relations, Hotel Management or coworking environments, with fluent German and English. The role offers strong autonomy and a generous leave policy.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Hotel Management, coworking, serviced offices, or a comparable service-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Take full operational ownership of one premium HeadsQuarter location.
• Be the primary on-site point of contact for members and guests, upholding service standards at every interaction.
• Build genuine relationships with members, know their names and milestones, and create thoughtful surprise moments within a budget.
• Monitor vacant offices, support member retention and renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate and manage external partners (cleaning, technical services, maintenance, etc.).
• Manage access control, mail handling, data maintenance in internal systems, and ordering processes.
• Know and follow escalation protocols in case of a crisis or incident.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events.
