Regus Switzerland is looking for a Community Sales Manager (M/W) to lead the center operations and drive member satisfaction. You will supervise the daily activities of the center team and ensure service standards, while promoting opportunities for additional services and revenue growth.

You will work closely with landlords, suppliers and internal teams to maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and customer care in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of vocational training.
• Proficient in German, French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Take operational responsibility of the site.
• Provide technical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business.
• Ensure the center standard is met.
• Minimize accounts receivable and explore additional services.
• Provide customer support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to management as needed.
• Organize and coordinate events and community activities.
• Manage all operational and administrative customer and center issues.
• Respond to daily customer inquiries.
• Communicate with landlords, suppliers and internal departments.
