Zusammenfassung

Symbios is seeking a sales-focused professional to strengthen our Central Switzerland (Bern region) team. You will promote our products, provide technical support in operating rooms, and drive growth in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, with several years in an operating room setting. German as mother tongue and strong English (B2) are required; French is a plus. You will work autonomously in a field-based role with a structured, strategic approach.

Qualifikationen

• Entrepreneurial, motivated and enthusiastic personality.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Several years of operating room environment experience.
• Clinical/technical knowledge of hip/knee products is an asset.
• Structured and strategic mindset, able to understand complex technical systems.
• Comfortable with standard IT tools.

Aufgaben

• Promote the products and provide technical support in operating rooms.
• Promote Symbios products by prospecting, visiting customers and presenting.
• Retain existing customers and acquire new ones, meeting objectives.
• Contribute to follow-up and implementation of commercial strategy.
• Manage administrative tasks related to operations.
• Gather market trends information and report it in a structured way.
• Forward customer orders promptly and comply with prices and terms.
• Keep the company informed about progress of tasks.
