Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is representing a leading medical device company seeking a Territory Manager for the Geneva area with frequent travel across the francophone part of Switzerland. The role involves engaging surgeons, clinical staff and nurses to demonstrate products, build long-term relationships, and meet quota targets.

The candidate should have sales experience in medical devices, exposure to operating theaters, fluent French and English (German is a plus) and a readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the medical device industry, ideally with surgical devices.
• Experience attending surgery in an operating theater.
• Fluent French and English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Target key stakeholders and manage relationships long-term.
• Demonstrate orthopedic products to surgeons, clinical staff and nurses.
• Meet or exceed quota as established for the product segment.
• Create an effective business plan and approach strategies with your manager.
• Work closely with international teams.
• Keep up to date with clinical data and communicate it to healthcare professionals.

• Meet or exceed quota expectations as established for the product segment
• Create an effective business plan and approach strategies with your manager
• Work closely together with international teams
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data and communicate this information to healthcare professionals

Profile

• Sales experience in the medical device, ideally with surgical devices
• Experience in attending surgery in an operating theater
• Fluent French & English (German is also an advantage !)
• Willingness to travel frequently
