Zusammenfassung

Chanel Geneva offers a full-time in-person internship to support the Senior Operations Coordinator as a business partner for three divisions and markets.

You will coordinate daily logistics, process orders in ERP, and register invoices in the Export Department folder, developing Excel and ERP skills while working with English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This hands-on role starts March 1, 2027 and lasts six months.

Qualifikationen

• Student in International Trade or similar with first experience in luxury or industry.
• Fluent English; B1 in Spanish and Portuguese; Japanese a plus.
• Advanced level in Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, formulas).
• Other ERPs such as SAP or AX are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Use ERP to unlock EDI block Processing Orders and coordinate logistics flow.
• Process daily all flows into the ERP.
• Communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets to avoid delays in operations.
• Process orders and register them in the Export Department folder as per the organization.
• Process into the FAP platform all freight invoices.
• Use platforms and intranet to get the right level of information.
• Regularize transfers, misdeliveries, and manual invoicing on time.
