Zusammenfassung

CHANEL Geneva invites a Master’s student to join the Events & Experiences Regional Team for a 6-month in-person internship. You will support event logistics across Geneva, coordinate with global and local teams, manage guest invites, catering, decor, and transportation, and assist in post-event analysis.

Fluency in English and French is required. This internship is full-time and located in Geneva, starting January 4, 2027, with an in-person work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Master-level program (Business/related field).
• First experience in Luxury sector or Events is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Support communications with Global and Local markets teams for events.
• Assist with facilities, decor, catering, transport, invites, guests and materials.
• Contribute to post-event feedback and competitive monitoring activities.
• Coordinate invitations, gifting prep and booking management for Experiences.
