Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a relevant scientific field; MBA or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience scaling a company from a small team to a mid-sized enterprise.
• Experience building and professionalizing Operating Systems to synchronize cross-functional teams.
• Experience navigating regulatory pathways (FDA/MDR) or highly regulated environments and Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate to Bern.

Aufgaben

• Direct the company's operational departments and mentor heads of PMO, QRA, and HR.
• Implement a structured Operating System to synchronize deployment and align development with commercial readiness.
• Optimize organizational design to scale the dual-business model while professionalizing HR and processes.
• Modernize internal knowledge infrastructure and ensure a single Source of Truth for data.
• Design and lead the company-wide objective-setting framework aligned with CEO/Board priorities.
• Oversee vendor management lifecycle including selection, compliance, and performance of external providers.
• Lead legal compliance interfacing with external counsel and EssilorLuxottica stakeholders.
• Support post-merger integration, aligning with global standards and maintaining agility.
• Direct the PMO to ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and client projects.
• Oversee HR and Talent Acquisition to scale headcount and foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive Regulatory and Quality strategy to achieve and maintain product clearances (FDA MDR).
