Ikerian AG is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the company’s operational maturity and global scaling after its merger with EssilorLuxottica. You will unify Research, Development, and Commercial engines through scalable processes and cross-functional leadership.

You will professionalize vendor management, information architecture, and regulatory affairs while guiding the post-merger integration and setting synchronized, company-wide objectives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Law, Engineering or a relevant scientific field; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with scaling a company.
• Proven ability to build and professionalize an operating system for cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with regulatory pathways (FDA/MDR) and quality management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Direct the company’s core operational departments and provide executive mentorship.
• Implement an operating system to synchronize deployment, development and commercial readiness.
• Oversee vendor management, regulatory affairs and internal knowledge infrastructure.
• Lead post-merger integration and align operations with global standards.
• Drive objective-setting and aligned KPI targets across departments.
• Govern legal compliance and interface with external counsel and EssilorLuxottica stakeholders.
• Scale HR and talent acquisition to support growth and high-performance culture.
• Guide PMO and ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
