Roche Holding AG seeks a Global Ops Strategy Lead to drive the development and governance of the company’s holistic strategy across procurement, manufacturing and supply chain. You will lead long-term capacity planning, footprint optimization, and a 10-year CAPEX roadmap, acting as a partner to the executive team to maximize enterprise value.

You will guide governance, strategic analyses, and senior leadership engagement, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and execution capabilities

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture and holistic global modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into executive messages.

Aufgaben

• Governance of footprint decisions including Make vs. Buy and localization transfers.
• Develop resilient global strategies through deep internal and external analyses.
• Own the Global Long-Term Capacity Planning process to anticipate bottlenecks.
• Create a 10-year CAPEX investment roadmap for sustainable growth.
• Provide strategic intelligence and benchmarking using industry data.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Establish governing principles for global investment and footprint management.
• Drive senior leadership alignment on resource prioritization.
• Bridge commercial strategy and execution capability for feasibility assessments.
• Deliver frequent executive-level presentations on global footprint health.
• Catalyze capability development by coaching team members in complex business case development and strategic planning.
• Apply systems thinking to analyze friction points between Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Design enterprise-level architectures to transform the organization into a global network.
