Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy invites you to a 12‑month internship focused on supporting daily IT operations near the business. You will learn to troubleshoot issues, prepare essential IT equipment, and assist users with self-service tools.

This hands-on role includes on-site projects and mentorship as you expand your technical skills and gain real-world insight into IT's role in productivity. Based in Baden (Aargau), you will help with asset prep, stock handling, meeting room support, and documentation

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying at a university or technical school (EFZ) in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with people and following established procedures.
• Eager to learn and develop technical skills in a hands-on environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues and prepare laptops and devices for onboarding/offboarding.
• Support end users navigating self-service tools and standard IT procedures.
• Assist with stock handling, asset pickup/return, and device preparation for onboarding/offboarding.
• Support warranty processes by gathering information and preparing devices.
• Maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms and shared spaces, ensuring systems operate correctly.
• Update documentation related to device preparation and OSS procedures and report issues to the team.
• Participate in special projects such as relocations, office setups, infrastructure setup, and meeting room preparation.
