Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in project support, ideally within commercial real estate, workplace projects, facility management, or interior construction.
• Previous experience coordinating or supporting smaller projects is an advantage.
• Strong interest in developing a career within Project Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and highly organized working style.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, Finance, and HR teams to gather headcount growth projections and support consolidation and relocation projects.
• Support the planning and development of modern workplace environments that strengthen company culture and employee experience.
• Assist in facilities management (FM) and integrated facilities management (IFM) planning within a major real estate and campus development project.
• Support provider selection processes (RFPs) and evaluate contract models.
• Contribute best-practice solutions during planning phases to ensure efficient operations and avoid unnecessary long-term facility costs.
• Support the development of hospitality and workplace service concepts for future office environments.
• Assist with fit-out projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, project teams, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with corporate workplace standards and project requirements.
