Job summary

Helen of Troy is offering a People & Workplace Internship in Bussigny, Switzerland, for 6 months full-time, on-site. You will work with the HR and Workplace Team on office administration, events, and the launch of our London office, gaining exposure to HR, facilities, and executive support in a multinational environment.

This role includes coordinating meetings, events, and supplier coordination, with occasional travel within Europe, including the UK.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in French (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Bussigny daily.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, primarily to the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office administration and workplace experience tasks across Swiss offices.
• Support events planning and execution, and coordinate venues, travel, and logistics.
• Contribute to the London office launch and related activities.
• Assist HR and administrative initiatives across Europe with data entry and coordination.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to support daily operations.
