Job summary

Haleon plc. in Nyon is offering a 6‑month Facilities and Workplace Intern role to join the Employee Experience team. This internship is open to students currently enrolled in university with a valid internship agreement.

You will contribute to workplace occupancy standards, migrate to a new management platform, and support onboarding and site logistics to improve the employee experience. Responsibilities include optimizing truck access, integrating infrastructure assets, and helping organize

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management, or a related field.
Experience or coursework in workplace management and facilities operations is a plus.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Define, implement and maintain occupancy standards across all workplace areas.
Lead the migration to a new workplace management platform.
Improve onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
Optimize truck-access processes and coordinate with security, logistics and operations.
Integrate infrastructure assets into a management platform and ensure asset data accuracy.
Assist in organizing events and create communication standards.
