Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Facilities and Workplace Intern to join our Nyon site as part of the Employee Experience team. The role focuses on deploying occupancy standards across the site, migrating to a new workplace management tool, and improving onboarding and site logistics processes.

The internship offers hands-on experience in workplace management, asset integration, and event support, with a 6-month duration for students currently enrolled at university.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills; proactive and curious.

Responsibilities

• Workplace & Occupancy - Define and maintain occupancy standards across all workplace areas and monitor compliance.
• Mobility Process Optimization - Lead migration to the new workplace management tool.
• Employee Lifecycle Services - Improve onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless experience.
• Site Operations & Logistics - Optimize truck-access processes and coordinate with security/logistics teams.
• Infrastructure & Asset Management - Integrate infrastructure assets into a platform and manage lifecycle data.
• Communication and event - Help organize events and create communication standards.
