Teceze is seeking an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to deliver onsite and remote IT assistance in Switzerland. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will perform IMACD activities, build and deploy devices, manage IT asset records, and coordinate with service desk and other teams. German language proficiency is mandatory for this role.

Competenze

• Experience in Deskside/Desktop support or EUC support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• German language proficiency is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic application issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade and replace end-user devices.
• Perform IMACD activities (Installations, Moves, Additions, Changes and Decommissions).
• Support device builds, software installations, patching and standard configurations.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, infrastructure teams, vendors and other support teams.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused IT support.
