ISMIRA Agency is recruiting for a Junior Sous-Chef role with Scylla AG onboard European river ships. You will support galley operations, lead the team in the Executive Chef's absence, and ensure smooth workflow with high-quality food preparation.

Requirements include 5+ years in culinary roles, strong leadership, and excellent English; river cruise experience is preferred. Seasonal contracts run March to November with on-board meals and accommodation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience with proven management skills.
• Advanced culinary skills including hands‑on food preparation and flavour pairings.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
