ISMIRA Agency is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie for Scylla AG aboard luxury river cruise ships. You will lead at least one kitchen station, guarantee high quality, presentation and taste, and support smooth kitchen operations across multiple galley tasks.

We seek a professional, flexible chef with 3+ years of culinary experience, hotel or cruise ship background, strong English, and a team-driven attitude. Shipboard life offers travel across Europe with meals and accommodations provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in kitchens.
• Hotel industry experience and/or river cruise ship exposure.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Professional attitude, reliability and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Manage at least one kitchen station independently.
• Prepare and present meals per menu and recipes.
• Control weights, cuts and portions per plan.
• Ensure hygiene and HACCP compliance in own area.
• Assist head chef with orders and inventories.
