Job summary

Adaptyv in Lausanne is seeking a Business Operations Intern or Working Student to join our expanding operations team. This hands-on generalist role works closely with the founders to deliver practical projects across the company, with high agency and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will improve workflows with AI, onboard customers, support finance, coordinate with suppliers, assist with lab-in-Lausanne expansion, and help with events and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program; biology background not required.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong with AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex.
• Hands-on, organized and reliable with follow-through.
• Thrives in a dynamic role with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to improve workflows that are still manual, messy, or slow.
• Help onboard new customers to our platform.
• Support finance administration.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with lab expansion logistics in Lausanne.
• Support events, customer visits, and internal coordination.
• Build lightweight tools and automations using Claude Code, Python, Notion, no-code tools.
