Adaptyv, a Lausanne‑based biotech startup, is hiring a hands‑on Lab Ops Coordinator to keep our automated wet‑lab running smoothly. You’ll manage inventory, orders, shipping, and equipment maintenance, working closely with the Lab Manager and scientists.

You thrive in a startup, enjoy getting your hands dirty, and proactively prevent stockouts and delays. This on‑site role offers rapid growth as we scale our lab and capabilities in Switzerland.

Competenze

• Hands-on lab experience or relevant technical training.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multiple items to track.
• Proactive in preventing stockouts and equipment issues.

Mansioni

• Keep the lab stocked: receive deliveries, store in correct freezers, reflect inventory in system.
• Run day-to-day ordering: place orders, chase delays, fix wrong deliveries.
• Handle shipping: manage cold chain, dry ice, customs, courier relationships.
• Support science team hands-on: assist with protein work, buffer prep, plate handling.
• Look after instruments: coordinate servicing, calibration, repairs, maintenance schedule.
• Keep lab safe and organized: manage chemical inventory, waste disposal, safety compliance.
• Keep office running: supplies, workspace setup, team events.
• Help build the new lab: participate in setting up expansion space.
